Q: How do I pick the right auto body shop?

A: There are several factors to take into consideration when choosing the right auto body shop. First, make sure to do your research. If you were in an accident, find out if your insurance will cover it. Hans Auto Body can help. You also want to make sure you are working with a reputable auto body shop.

Q: How long will the auto body repair take?

A: This is a very frequently asked question! Unfortunately, it's a case by case scenario. It depends on the extent of damage. We will always give you an estimate before we begin doing any work.

Q: Will the paint match my car?

A: As long as your vehicle is an original factory color and it's not faded or discolored, yes!

Vehicles carry a paint code printed on a label inside. The code breaks down into a formula we use to recreate the color. There are a few other steps we take to make sure there's a perfect match such as tinting and blending.

Q: What if I'm unhappy with my repair?

A: We stand behind our quality of work and that's why we offer The Hans Auto Body Promise.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your repair, contact us and we'll make it right immediately.

Q: Do I have to pay for an estimate?

A: No. Estimates are 100% free.

Q: Why won't you give me an estimate over the phone?

A: Without seeing the car in person, it's nearly impossible for us to give you an estimate. We need to be able to see the car to fully evaluate. We always want to make sure to give you an accurate estimate and assess everything properly.

Q: How soon can I wash my car after it's repaired?

A: We return your car back to you washed, clean, and ready to drive! If for any reason you want to take it for another wash, you can. Just avoid any brush type car washes for 30 days until the clear coat is completely hardened.
